Man where do I start. I bought it in September of 2024, with extended warranty (strongly recommend), paid nearly 1000 with that included. It's a fun starter ebike, riding wise and mechanically wise.

In the year of ownership, I rode it for 7 months consecutively, 6 days a week to and back from work, so it was my daily commuter. In that time frame I replaced the front forks (factory issue), brake line, brake handle, tires (daily wear and tear obviously), Throttle, controller, battery.

Mind you the only things I paid for was the tires, throttle and controller replacements. Forks and battery were covered by warranty (some of the more expensive items in the catalog not including the motor hub).

The reason I bought a controller and throttle replacement was because my bike was losing power as I throttled from acceleration from a stand still point and even in mid high speed. In my trial and error efforts to diagnose the problem I got in contact with smartravel customer service and sent them a video of what it was doing to help me diagnose the issue. Their conclusion was to send me a throttle via my warranty still being up to date, and I already knew that it takes for ever to get it delivered so I ordered one which gets delivered quicker ( don't ask me why, who knows, but I have an idea) anyways while I wait for their warranty send I ordered the throttle and a controller just in case it wasn't the throttle.

Well my paid order arrives (never received the throttle they sent through warranty activation, what happened? Only they know). I get to working on my bike I personally worked on it. Replaced the throttle, and controller all in one go. Fixed!! Nope!!! Still same issue, at that point I eliminated most of the important parts so the only culprit could be none other than the- you guessed it battery.
Now that's an expensive item I'm not paying for, while still having warranty.

I get in contact with Customer Services again let them know that I bought and switched parts and the issue persisted told them it was the battery, they asked for pictures and video sent them right over to them a few days later a response and my battery was on the way! And it fixed my power surge issue!

For my first ebike, with the price tag, with customer service, I'm very happy with the bike although I did all the work myself I'll always give 5 stars to the brand for their customer service efforts. I've read reviews about their CS but I've never had a problem and yes everybody has different experiences. Have fun and wear ya helmets people these things get up there in speed!!

First off let me say this bike is exactly what I expected, excellent in every way. The design is perfect, the function is amazing and the performance is top notch! You won't be disappointed. Everything worked as intended, the delivery was on time and I am extremely satisfied overall. I love the bike and I'm betting you will too.

Where do you put the brake fluid

Im the only one around my neighborhood with a bike like this, so its unique and people love it and so do I. Its my daily bcus I work 10min away. Had this bike over a year and she's still purring like a kitten. She just needs need shoes(brakes)
